Before placing your order, please ensure you have your account number ready. If you are a new customer, you can provide your details to the consultant and an account will be set up for you.

Delivery timeframes
Delivery will be made to the address of the account holder unless otherwise specified. Regular delivery timeframes are three - five working days in metropolitan and regional areas, and up to seven working days for rural and remote areas. What is the product returns policy?
